Julie Davis - Principal & Business Development Manager

Julie established Davis Recruitment in 2001 and has over 10 years experience as a Specialist Medical Administration Recruitment Consultant in Brisbane.

Julie has over 10 years experience working as a Medical Secretary and Receptionist in General Practice and Specialist practices, and completed a Bachelor of Business - Human Resource Management (QUT) in 1995 and a Graduate Diploma Health Administration and Information Systems (CQU) in 1998.

Julie has also worked as a Workplace Trainer for TAFE (ACE) for 4 years, and has completed a Certificate IV Workplace Assessment and Training.

Julie is a Member of the Recruitment Consulting Services Australia and attends regular courses to keep up to date with legislation and current topics involving the Recruitment Industry.

Cathy Litton - Recruitment Manager

Cathy has worked in the recruitment industry for the past 13 years and is a qualified Recruitment Consultant with qualifications conferred from the Recruitment & Consulting Services Association of Australia. Cathy has worked for 5 years in a Boutique Legal Recruitment Office in a similar role to that she currently holds with Davis Recruitment. Cathy has also worked as a Generalist Recruitment Consultant including Recruit to Recruit and Executive Recruitment.

Prior to recruitment, Cathy had an extensive background in human resources and administration management across the professional services sector (including the legal, corporate & medical fields).  Her work in recruitment, public relations, human resources and administration managerial roles has given Cathy a wide range of skills in these areas.  This in return has enabled her to develop, maintain and exceed the highest standards of professionalism.

Cathy provides a professional and valuable service whilst her communication is clear and concise.  Cathy enjoys working with people and developing long and successful business relationships.

Sarah Smith - Recruitment Consultant

Sarah Smith completed a Business Degree (Management) in 2003 at QUT. Sarah worked in a Medical Specialty Practice in Brisbane and holds the skills we currently seek for our valuable clients.

Sarah traveled overseas and commenced working in the Recruitment Industry in 2005. For the following 3 years, Sarah gained experience in the demanding London Recruitment sector in a variety of resourcing and talent management roles. Of particular interest, Sarah worked with Australian travelers and placed them in temporary employment whilst on working visas in the United Kingdom. 

Sarah's specialises in office support recruitment.  Sarah has enjoyed traveling around the world and has now settled back to her home town of Brisbane to continue her recruitment career.  Working for Davis Recruitment allows Sarah to combine her previous Medical Secretary experience and Recruitment Industry experience in her preferred area of specialty.
