Medical Receptionist

Davis Recruitment is a specialist agency for the placement of Permanent Support Staff to the Medical/Healthcare Sector.

Our client, a brand new 2 Surgeon Plastic Surgery Practice located in Spring Hill is actively seeking to appoint a Part-time (4 days per week) Medical Receptionist to join their team. This role offers FREE undercover car parking in a brand new suite!  Experienced staff are on hand to mentor in this role which is 4 days per week working 8.30am-4.30/5pm Tuesday to Friday. However, full-time is also available.

This role will suit candidates with the following experience:

• Medical Receptionist experience ideal
• Excellent customer service skills
• Microsoft Suite, Xestro or similar
• High attention to detail
• Previous experience in Skin/Dermatology or Plastics or an interest in this field is highly regarded
• A background in Beauty Therapy also viewed favourably

To be considered, we are seeking applications from candidates who offer:

• Minimum 1 year in a Medical Receptionist role
• Experience using Microsoft suite and Medical Software
• Previous experience in Diary management and surgical bookings will be viewed favourably
• Advanced customer service skills and enthusiasm for health and aesthetics
• Attention to detail and time management

Hours:  This role is part-time working 8.30am-4.30pm/5pm Tuesday to Friday. Or days as agreed. Candidates seeking full-time are also encouraged to apply.

Salary:  Above award wages will be offered dependant on level of experience.
